  Sign the Contract and Begin Production

  Once the contract is signed and the initial payment is completed, our team begins manufacturing your home at the factory based on the finalized design.

  

• 03/

  

  Module Delivery to the Site

  Once manufacturing is about 70% complete, your home modules are delivered to the site, ready for on-site assembly.

  

• 04/

  

  On-Site Assembly and Home Handover

  All modules are assembled on-site in about 15 days, delivering a fully completed home that’s ready for you to move in.
